Please answer the following questions to help determine whether your child is eligible for free tutoring from NetPrep under the No Child Left Behind Act.

Your information will be kept confidential by NetPrep and will only be used to determine whether your child is eligible for free tutoring. If you have problems answering these questions, please contact your school or call NetPrep at (313) 333.7628.
